As we expand, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the heart of our customer experience and technician coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Schedule and manage service appointments using our CRM (Jobber).
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate job schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with both customers and field technicians.
- Provide status updates, confirmations, and follow-up calls as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details.
- Assist with invoicing, collecting payments, and administrative tasks.
- Proactively resolve customer issues or escalate when needed.
- Support the team with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
General requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or dispatcher role.
- 3+ years of experience and a background in dispatching for a trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is preferred for top pay.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems (Jobber experience is a plus).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
